Noel Morris

Noel Morris, a devoted husband, father, grandfather, entrepreneur, and community member, passed away on Saturday, March 1, 2025, in the Emergency Room at the Norman HealthPlex in Norman, Oklahoma. He was 61 years old.

Born on March 22, 1963, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Noel was the son of Dr. William and Virginia (Slate) Morris. He spent his childhood in Lindsey, Tahlequah, and Chickasha, Oklahoma, as well as Hershey, Pennsylvania. Noel graduated from Chickasha High School in 1981, and later attended the University of Oklahoma, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology in 1990.

Noel married his high school sweetheart who he adored, the love of his life and soulmate, Kathy Delaney, on September 10, 1983, in Chickasha, Oklahoma. In 1986, they settled in Norman, where they built a life together and, in 1991, founded Le Visage Spa and Wellness—a business they nurtured and grew with passion. In October 2024, they saw their dream come to life as they moved into their custom-built Spa and Wellness Center at 3540 RC Luttrell Dr. in Norman, OK.

His compassion and care extended to every aspect of his life, particularly his family. Noel was a devoted and dedicated husband, always ensuring Kathy's needs were met, and a loving father who encouraged his children to follow their dreams and live a life filled with blessings. 

He was affectionately known as “Biggie” to Millie, his only granddaughter and the light of his life. During the summer, he lovingly cared for Millie, taking her everywhere he went. She was his constant companion, affectionately known as his “sidekick” whenever they were together. His care and devotion extended beyond his family to his spa team, whom he deeply valued. No matter the need, he would drop everything to support them, ensuring they always felt cared for and appreciated. His unwavering dedication was a testament to his generous spirit. A kind and selfless man, he embodied a true servant’s heart, always putting others before himself.

Noel was a lifelong athlete with a deep love for sports, especially OU athletics. He stayed active and dedicated to his fitness, whether riding his Peloton or enjoying long walks with his beloved dogs, Sassy and Roxy. His love of music spanned genres, a strong supporter of the arts, and Noel often chose vacation destinations based on his appreciation for culture and creativity.

Noel's faith played an essential role in his life. He and Kathy were lifelong members of St. John's Episcopal Church in Norman. He worked in mental health, while taking care of his young family. He also became a massage therapist after continuing his education following the opening of their business.

Noel’s family, friends, and community will remember him for his gentle spirit, dedication to his loved ones, and unwavering support of his passions.

 He is survived by his wife, Kathy Morris, of Norman; his father, Dr. William T. Morris of Blanchard, Oklahoma; his children, Brittany Noel Morris and her husband, Dr. Charles "Kyle" Schindler of Houston, Texas, Jordan Morris and her husband, Kyle Weatherly of Norman, Oklahoma, and Karac "Scott" Morris of Norman, Oklahoma; his brother, Andrew Morris of Blanchard, Oklahoma; his sister, Wendy Eddy and her husband, Nicholas C. Eddy of Bethesda, Maryland; his granddaughter, Millicent Easley of Houston; his brother-in-law, Greg Delaney and his wife, Katie of Anadarko, Oklahoma; his sister-in-law, Kim McLin of Norman; nieces and nephews, Kayla DeForrest, Amber Morris, Grace Eddy, Kaley Milam, Jeffery Delaney, Michael DeForrest, Keaton West, and William Eddy; and his beloved dogs, Sarsaparilla Esmeralda "Sassy" and Roxy Clover, along with a host of family and friends.

Noel was preceded in death by his mother, Virginia "Ginny" Morris, and his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Nancy and Charles Delaney.

A Celebration of Life honoring Noel’s life will begin at 2:00 pm on Thursday, March 6, 2025, in The Chapel of Tribute Memorial Care, 4300 West Indian Hills Road, Norman, OK. The Morris family will greet friends and family on Wednesday, March 5, 2025, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, also at Tribute Memorial Care.
