Marlene M. Carmichael

Marlene M. Carmichael, a loving wife, mother, daughter, and sister, passed away peacefully on March 23, 2023 in Norman, Oklahoma. Born on February 5, 1967 to Marlin and Monette (Wood) Morgan in Gainesville, Texas. Marlene left an indelible mark on everyone she encountered.

She attended Rose State University earning a degree as a hygienist in 1993. Her abilities were sought by dentists throughout the metro area allowing her to become a self-employed traveling hygienist retiring in 2015 after 23 years.

She collected porcelain and barbie dolls, enjoyed traveling, and shopping. Her dogs were a great joy and comfort to her. Marlene’s memory will live on through the love and laughter she shared with her family and friends.

Marlene was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her devoted husband, Brian; son, Steffan Carmichael and wife Tara of Piedmont, OK; grandchild, Beau Carmichael; brother, Ethan Morgan and his wife Demi of Electra, TX; and a host of family and friends.
