Lowell Eugene Piper

Lowell Eugene Piper, 48, of Noble Oklahoma has passed away unexpectedly on February 25th 2025. A dedicated and skilled plumber for over 20 years, Lowell was known for his work ethic, attention to detail, and the genuine care he put into every job, whether big or small. He never gave up, always giving it his all and enjoying it, too.

Born in Riverton, Wyoming on 02/14/1977, Lowell grew up with a strong sense of determination and a passion for working with his hands. He learned the plumbing trade early and took great pride in his ability to solve problems and help others. His commitment to excellence was unmatched, and many local businesses and homeowners relied on him for their plumbing needs.

Bobs Plumbing was his home away from home. He loved his job and was a loyal employee there for 8 years until his untimely death.

Outside of work, Lowell enjoyed wood working, metal working, and was an amazing hunter. His skills with a bow were just as impressive as his plumbing work.

Above all, love mattered to Lowell. He is survived by his wife, Ashley Turcotte, and step daughter, Baily. The couple shared 11 years together, their bond a foundation of laughter and happiness. They lived together in Noble for over 7 years.

He is survived by and fathered, daughter Danielle and son David.

He is also survived by his mother Carmen Moss, uncle Michael Piper, and brother Lee Piper.

Lowell’s loss will be deeply felt by all who knew him, and he will be remembered for his unwavering dedication to his work, his family, and his community.

No local services will be held, services will be held in Wyoming at a later date.
