Louise Compton

June 17, 1926 — November 13, 2015

Louise was born in Greenville Texas on June 17, 1926. She went to be with her Lord and Savior on November 13, 2015.

She is preceded in death by her mom and dad and her daughter, Ginny.

She is survived by daughters Joyce Collins of Norman, OK and Jean Davidson of Oklahoma City. Grandchildren Sam Collins, Shelly Stanwix and husband Chris, Tammy Primrose and husband Trent, all of Oklahoma City. She has 8 great grandchildren and 7 great-great-grandchildren. And lifelong friend and sister in Christ Barbara Thompson.

Louise was a second generation dry cleaner. She owned Louise's cleaners in Tulsa, OK and managed other cleaners at various times. In 1985 she and her daughter, Jean, began Excel Cleaners in Oklahoma City. Her vast expertise and love for her customers helped the business to flourish.

Although she was the best at her profession, she would tell you her greatest accomplishment was her family.

She loved to bowl and participated in many area leagues. She also loved to watch her favorite sports teams and to be outside. If it was warm, you would find her out on the mower or by the pool.

She was a loving mother, grandmother and GG. We all loved her and miss her extremely. Our greatest comfort is knowing that this is not a goodbye forever. See you when we get to Heaven.
