Lisa Diane Egle

Lisa Diane Egle, age 46, of Norman passed away Sunday, August 9, 2015 with her family by her side. She was born October 11, 1968 at Tinker Air Force Base in Midwest City to Ralph and Jan (Price) Ward.

Lisa married Robert Egle on September 17, 2004 in Norman where together they have raised two daughters. Lisa’s life centered around her family especially her children and the children in her life. She loved playing with them, mentoring them and teaching them about life. Lisa spent much of her time volunteering at Roosevelt and Jefferson Elementary schools because of her love for children.

Lisa was an avid cook and singer song writer.

She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Mabel Price. Lisa is survived by her husband, Robert; two daughters, Emma Flannery Ward and Kate Johanna Egle; her parents, Ralph and Jan Ward; two sisters, Constance Ahlers and her husband Michael and Rebecca Ligon and her husband James; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Davis M. and Judith J. Egle; brother-in-law, Willam R. Egle; five nieces and nephews and a host of family and friends. Lisa is also survived by her Corgi, she called Drakers.
