Larry Brady “Brad” Brown was born on September 18, 1974. The Lord took him home on October 31, 2019. He resided in Oklahoma City, OK at the time of his death.
He is survived by his Mom, Brenda Long of Nash, TX; his sister, Cher and her husband Derrek Duncan of Norman, OK; nieces, Hailey West of Overland Park, KS, Taylor Duncan and Cadyn Duncan, along with a nephew, Trace Duncan, all of Norman. He is also survived by aunts, Sue Graves & Joyce Jones of Nash, TX; and an uncle, Earl Wayne Williams and his wife Betty, of Atlanta, TX; along with a host of loving cousins he grew up with and shared many holidays and great memories.
Brad grew up in Ardmore, OK and graduated from Ardmore High School in 1993. He also received an Associate of Science degree in Horticulture from Oklahoma State University. Brad had an amazing job at the Conway Country Club in Conway, AR as the Head Golf Course Superintendent for many years, and then switched his line of work to join G. H. Land Co. in Oklahoma City as a Petroleum Landman.
Brad was always known as the life of the party and the funniest guy in the room. He always had a smile and the BEST laugh. He had many beloved friends that Brad considered his family and they took him in and cared for him as their own. He enjoyed traveling, camping, fishing, hunting, and sports, especially the OSU Cowboys & the Washington Redskins! May he rest in peace with our Heavenly Father and forever be a guardian angel to those who loved him dearly.
There will be two Memorial Services to honor Brad. The first is Saturday, November 9th at First Baptist Church, 820 Wake Ave, in Wake Village, TX at 3 pm. There is also a service on Tuesday, November 12th at Life Church, 2916 S. Telephone Road, in Moore, OK at 11 am.
