Julie Baer Hall was born to Martin David Baer and Dolores Marsden (Wilson) Baer on August 21, 1961 in Oklahoma City. She passed away on March 5, 2018 at her home in Norman after a courageous battle with cancer. She was 56.
After graduating from Moore High School in 1979, Julie attended the University of Oklahoma, graduating in 1985 with a degree is Business Finance. She married Craig Hall of Duncan, Oklahoma in April of 1984, and began Baer Hall Homes Company. After building homes in South Oklahoma City and Moore for 5 years, Craig ran the company and she became a full-time mom to her 2 daughters, born in 1989 and 1993. She was an active member of St. Johns Episcopal Church, serving on the Alter Guild, and was also involved in PEO and her Wednesday morning bridge group.
Julie is survived by: her husband, Craig Hall; two daughters, Kristen Russell and husband T.J. of Norman and Lauren Hall and Seamus Hunt of Norman; one brother, John Allen Baer of Dallas, TX; two grandchildren, Nolan and Layne Russell; eight nieces and nephews, John, Jeff, Brad, Joey, Cody, Tricia, Jacqueline, and Taylor (commonly referred to as her “3rd daughter”), and numerous great-nieces and nephews; mother-in-law, Euleah “Nana” Hall; and brother-in-law, Tony Hall and wife Cher. She was preceded in death by: parents, Martin David and Dolores Marsden (Wilson) Baer; brother, M. David Baer III; and father-in-law, Dewey Hall.
Celebration of Life Funeral Services will be held, 10:00AM, Thursday, March 8, St. John’s Episcopal Church, 235 W. Duffy Street, Norman, OK 73069.
