Gloria Christine Dodd

Gloria Christine Dodd, 86, of Norman, passed away Saturday, February 27, 2021. She was born April 29, 1934 in Wewoka, Oklahoma to Coy Williams and Mary (Ong) Williams.
She became a registered nurse at a young age, working private duty and for Baptist Medical Center for twenty years. Later, she became a dental assistant for Dr. Bill Nations, DDS for his entire practice before retiring in 1999.
She married Jimmie A. Dodd in 1956, living in Seminole. Some years after Jimmie’s passing, she married Odell Steward of Norman and Pauls Valley . Christine and Odell were fortunate enough to travel to New Zealand, Australia and Alaska together, just to name a few of her favorites. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Norman and they took several trips throughout the United States with First Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, first husband; Jimmie Dodd, sons; Mark Dodd, Jimmie Albert Dodd, daughter; Mary Lou Dodd, and second husband: Odell Steward.
She is survived by her daughter; Judi Price Jacobs and husband Chuck, grandchildren, great grandchildren and her faithful fur baby, Bella.
