Debra “Debbie” Lynn Winter (Durham), 57, of Noble, OK left this earth into heaven to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus, on February 21, 2025 in her Noble, OK home surrounded by family following a short terminal illness. Debbie was born on October 21, 1967 in Lawton, OK to Linda Carol Durham (Turner) and Elmer “Dewayne” Durham. Debbie attended the University of Texas, San Antonio and graduated with a BS in Nursing in 1993 and obtained a Master’s in Nursing Education in 2012 at Southern Nazarene University. Outside the few years attending nursing school in Texas, Debbie has been an Oklahoma resident. Debbie was a member and attendee of Noble Assembly of God church. Debbie married Kelvin Winter on January 27, 2001 in Norman, Ok. Debbie was preceded in death by her twin brother, David Durham, daughter Rachel Winter, mother Linda Durham, father Dewayne Durham, and nephew Tyler Durham. Debbie is survived by her beloved husband, Kelvin Winter, her brother, Larry Durham of Norman, children Laci Winter, Jaime Winter, Jacob Winter, Benjamin Credell, and Erin Houck. Grandchildren Nicholas Rodgers, twins Ashlynn & Joshua Rodgers, Athena Morrow, Benjamin Phillips, Jaycee Credell, Charlotte Credell, Sebastian Credell, and Denver Houck. Also survived by nephew Christopher Durham. There will be a graveside service with Pastor Steve Lance officiating on Saturday, March 1, 2025 at 11am at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery located at 2301 E Indian Hills Rd, Norman, OK 73071. Memorials or contributions can be made to the Mary Abbot House in Norman, OK.
