BIOGRAPHY OF THE LATE CAMERON NII OFEI DODOO
Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of His saints. Psalm 116:15

Cameron Nii Ofei Dodoo was born February 27th, 1978 at Midwest City Regional Hospital in Oklahoma to Mike and Clara Dodoo. Cameron started his education at Central and Briarwood Elementary Schools. From there he attended Highland West Jr. High School and continued to Moore High School. While still attending Moore High School Cameron enrolled in the Moore/Norman Vo-tech where he trained as a Dental Laboratory Technician. Cameron excelled in the program and later served on the advisory board of the Moore/Norman Vo-tech. Upon graduation Cameron attended Oklahoma City Community College, but quickly realized he could learn more at a fraction of the cost by starting his own business and studying businesses independently. During this period, he worked as a Dental Laboratory Technician with Paragon Esthetics and did so for nearly 21 years.
Cameron always had an entrepreneurial spirit and started several small businesses while working at Paragon Esthetics. He started Clean Sweep Carpets with the help and support of his wonderful wife, Lindsey. Together they propelled Clean Sweep Carpets to become a Top-Rated carpet cleaning company in the Oklahoma City Metropolitan area (covering all cities within a 50-mile radius).
Despite his success in business, Cameron’s true calling was always in Christian ministry. He was a mentor to a host of young and older people. He was full of wisdom and he freely shared it to help others better their lives and most importantly bring them one step closer to Jesus Christ. He served in jail ministry at the Cleveland county jail for over 20 years and inspired many others to also serve. He and his wife Lindsey helped to counsel and save the marriages of many struggling couples. Together they made time for any hurting soul and ministered to the needs of others all around them.
Cameron was a phenomenal husband and father. He was a friend to so many; his smile and laughter was enough to fill a room. His sense of humor was cherished by all who knew him. Whether you knew him for 2weeks, 2 years, or 20 years he made you feel as though you were the best of friends. Cameron was a shining example of the Love of God. Everything he did was done as unto the Lord and with maximum effort. His kind and generous Spirit will be missed by all.
Cameron is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Theresa Aryee and James Ablorh Mills; Paternal Grandparents, Kate and Seth Dodoo; Paternal Aunt, Mrs. Emma Hammond; Paternal Uncle, Mr. Reginald Dodoo; Maternal Aunt, Mrs. Agnes Boateng; Maternal Uncle, Mr. Eric Kitson-Mills and Maternal uncle, Mr. Leonard Kitson-Mills.
Cameron is survived by his loving wife, Lindsey Kay Dodoo; Daughter, Elise Dodoo; Son, Landon Dodoo; Mother, Clara Mills-Dodoo; Father, Michael Dodoo; Sisters Elsie Johnson, Richelle Taylor,and Michelle Agyemang; Eva Addy; Sydney Osei; Paternal Aunts and Uncles: Mrs. Doris Pobee, Mrs. Elsie Nortey, Mr. George Dodoo, Mr. Indubious Dodoo, Mrs. Evelyn Chrappah and Mr. Milroy Dodoo. Maternal Aunts and Uncles: Ms. Sophia Kitson-Mills, Mrs. Mabel Tagoe, Ms. Jessie Sampah, Mr. Benjamin Kitson-Mills, Ms. Genevieve Kitson-Mills. He also leaves behind a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends to mourn him. Cameron is gone from us but will not be forgotten. His legacy lives on through all the lives he touched.
