Jessica Jo Farrow

Jessica Jo Farrow, Age 46, passed away peacefully on October 31, 2020 in her little apartment in Norman, Oklahoma.
Jessie was born on May 10, 1974 in Shawnee, Oklahoma to Linda (Racster) and Jimmy Dowdy. Throughout out the years of childhood, Jessie lived several different places. She always talked about her stay in Japan and how culturally neat it was there. She moved back to the States in 1989 and graduated from West Moore high school in the year of 1992. From there Jessica continued her education in Ohio where she got her first medical certificate. In 2005, she furthered her medical training and attended Gordon Cooper Technology center where she graduated from EMT training in 2005.
At the Age of 22, Jessie had her only daughter, Bailey Dowdy on August 14, 1996. Jessie later married David Burnell Jr. in April of 1999 and they shared the next several years together, moving between Oklahoma and Missouri. They later divorced and she married Kevin Farrow in February 2008 in Hoffman, Oklahoma. Less than 6 months later, they divorced and she, with exception of a few small relationships, remained single until her passing.
In her more recent years, she spent a bunch of time being an awesome “Mimi” to her two beautiful grandchildren, Helena Todd and Harlie Todd. She did anything she could with and for them. They were the two bright spots in her every day. They always said “I love you to the moon and back” when they told her goodnight.
Her interests included: horses, painting, teddy bears, playing music, watching movies, being outdoors and being a very devoted grandmother to her grandchildren.
She is survived by: Linda Racster (adopted mother), Mark Racster (adopted father), Chris Dowdy (adopted Brother), Gayla Demoss (Birth Mother), Bailey Dowdy (daughter), Helena Todd (granddaughter), Harlie Todd (granddaughter).
