Jane Lavelle Kennedy

Jane Lavelle (Miller) Kennedy was born in Altus, Oklahoma on October 3, 1951 to Leslie Harry, Jr. and Rovena Vonelle Miller. She passed away unexpectedly on her birthday, October 3, 2019.
Jane loved singing, arts & crafts, and her dog. She was a huge OU fan and her faith was very important to her.
Survivors include Jane’s mother, Rovena Miller; her sisters Jana Morgan & Deanna Edge; brothers-in-law Ron Morgan & Dennis Edge; nieces Kimberly Brown & Carolyn Edge; and her nephews Kevin Morgan, Michael Edge, Brian Edge, & David Edge.
Jane was preceded in death by her father, Leslie Harry Miller, Jr. and her loving Yorkie companion, Chester.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Jane’s honor to either the American Heart Association (www2.heart.org) or the Bethel Baptist Church Worship Center Upgrade (make checks payable to Bethel Baptist Church and indicate on the memo section “worship center upgrade in memory of Jane Kennedy”).
