Cleo H Misner was born February 3, 1940, to William Henry and Rilla Drake Misner, in Seibert Colorado.
He is survived by his wife Nora of Noble Ok, daughter Lana Alexander and husband Darren of Norman Ok, granddaughter Kacia Robison and husband Brian of Durant Ok, grandson Brandon Alexander and wife Robbie of Bonham, TX, four great grandsons, Gunner Alexander, Choctaw, OK, Rylie Alexander, Bonham Tx, Hoyt Robison, Durant Ok, Easton Robison, Durant OK, and great granddaughter Emerson Robison Durant OK.
He is preceded in death by his son Dwain Misner, and daughter Devona Misner, parents, William and Rilla, siblings, Ernest Misner, Arveen Thorson, Opal Thorson, Eldon Misner, Donald Misner, nieces Ardith Mannos and Donna Newberry, nephew Flint Rudnik.
Cleo was a proud father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He loved watching his great grandson Hoyt, play baseball.
He loved the Lord with everything he had. He served as a minister in his and Nora’s marriage in the early years and worked in many school districts through the years as custodian and bus driver.
He retired March 2015.
Services will be held at 11:00 am, Thursday, May 16, 2024, in the chapel of Affinity All Faiths Funeral Home in Wichita, KS. Services will be presented by granddaughter, Kacia Robison.
A memorial service will be held at 12:30 pm, Saturday, May 18, 2024, Norman First Assembly of God Church, 2500 E. Lindsey St, Norman, OK.
